This private club has no official address.
It is south of Malulani Co-op which is at 1398 S Ocean Blvd.
It is north of Sea Colony Co-op which is at 1400 S Ocean Blvd.
There are certain residential properties on Terra Mar Island and on Sunset Lane which haved deeded rights to this private beach access property.
As far as I can tell (but not confirmed):
Only 3 streets have these properties - Sunset Lane & 2 streets on Terra Mar Island.
The deeded rights stay with the properties and can't be transferred to another property.
No properties can be added.
